The Pilates Matwork has a specific exercises program that concentrate on the postural muscles. They are essential for the vertebral column support and help you to maintain your body balanced. Cristiano Lollo is the creator of the format OLISTIC WORKOUT® and of the new olistic concept QI WELL®. Presenter at the main national and international fitness events, holder of master and international fitness certification, ground and water personal trainer, yoga teacher, traditional and holistic medicine and posturology. Cristiano Lollo will involve the partecipants in BASIC YOGA®, PILATES MATWORK®, POSTURAL STRECH® and POWER YOGA® lessons.
Steve Testolin is a trainer at the Power Yoga school in Padua. He is certified by Yoga Experience and Fbi Fitness and works with them as an instructor on Power Yoga courses. He practises and studies Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Lino Miele, who officially named Steve Testolin a teacher of the discipline in 2013.
